After-sales service policy

Dear user (in this service policy, it refers to the end consumer, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user"): Thank you for choosing Lesheng Intelligent products and services! For Lesheng Intelligent products (including the host, remote control and accessories, collectively referred to as "products"), we will provide you with after-sales service based on this service policy.

Manufacturer guarantee

Lesheng Smart guarantees to you: For products within the warranty period and within the scope of warranty service, Lesheng Smart will repair, replace or return the product in accordance with this service policy, and restore the normal use of the product for you free of charge within a reasonable time; For products beyond the warranty period and warranty service scope, paid maintenance services will be provided in accordance with this service policy. This service policy provides paid maintenance services.

The warranty period starts from the day you receive the product (hereinafter referred to as "receipt") (the time will not be recalculated due to resale), and the products will provide warranty services according to the following different warranty periods:

1. The warranty period of the product is 12 months from the date of receipt;

2. The warranty period of the remote control is 12 months from the date of receipt;

Three Guarantees Service

In order to protect your "repair, replacement, and return" (referred to as "three guarantees") rights, please keep the three guarantees certificate and valid purchase invoice after purchasing the product.

"Three Guarantees" Rights

Lesheng Intelligent after-sales service commitment: strictly in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" to implement after-sales three guarantees services, the service content is as follows:

1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt, the after-sales service center or authorized service center will confirm that the product is in good condition and there is no damage to product performance or appearance due to human factors (including but not limited to: damage caused by extrusion or falling, Damage caused by immersion or chemical corrosion, the batch number of the accessory has been removed, altered or illegible), you can return the product, please keep the outer packaging, accessories, invoice, manual, and warranty card when returning;

2. If the product has quality problems within 15 days from the date of receipt, after the after-sales service center or authorized service center has tested and confirmed, you can choose to repair or replace the product of the same model and specification;

3. If product quality problems occur within 1 year from the date of receipt, the after-sales service center will provide you with free maintenance services after inspection and confirmation;

4. During the warranty period, if there is a product quality problem, and the product cannot be used normally after two repairs, after the after-sales service center has tested and confirmed, you can choose to continue the repair or replace it with the valid repair record provided by the repairer in the three guarantee certificate Products of the same model and specification;

5. During the warranty period, if the accessory has product quality problems, the after-sales service center can test and confirm that the accessory of the same model and specification can be replaced for you free of charge. If the accessory cannot be used normally after two replacements, you can choose to return the accessory or continue Replace accessories of the same model and specification.

How to obtain warranty service

If you want to make a warranty request according to this service policy, please mail the products or accessories that require warranty to the after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service. For detailed after-sales service process and information of the after-sales service center, please log in to the official website service support page for inquiry or call customer service for consultation.

Warranty service commitment

If your product (purchased randomly or separately) meets the warranty conditions, please mail the original or copy of the purchase invoice, the product or accessories that require warranty to the after-sales service center to enjoy the warranty service. If you cannot provide valid evidence such as the original invoice or copy of the product or accessory, your product or accessory will be guaranteed based on the query results of the company's warranty database.

Warranty and replacement restrictions (the following conditions do not apply to warranty and replacement terms)

1. Product wear and tear under normal use;

2. Damage caused by man-made reasons (including but not limited to: damage caused by falling, squeezing, collision, damage caused by liquid splashing, chemical corrosion, and foreign matter entering the product);

3. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and maintenance (including but not limited to: use for abnormal use, damage caused by incorrect connection and testing);

4. It has been dismantled or repaired by any individual or enterprise other than the after-sales service center or authorized service center, or the accessory batch number has been removed, altered, or damaged or illegible;

5. The product is out of warranty period;

6. Damage caused by force majeure.

Charged maintenance service commitment

If tested and identified by the after-sales service center or authorized service center, your product or accessory exceeds the warranty service scope stipulated by the "Three Guarantees" rights and interests, the appropriate repair cost will be calculated based on the parts and labor costs, and a repair quotation will be submitted to you. Provide maintenance service for your product after obtaining your consent and paying the fee.

Maintenance service quality commitment

For products within the warranty period, the after-sales service center will use the original parts to replace the faulty parts for you according to the failure and detection conditions, or replace you with a complete machine of the same model and specification; the replacement of the complete machine enjoys a recalculation The warranty period is 12 months, and a new three-guarantee certificate is provided; the replacement parts enjoy the remaining time of the original 12-month warranty period or the 90-day warranty period, whichever is longer.

For accessories within the warranty period, the after-sales service center will replace you with an accessory of the same model and specification based on the failure detection situation. The replaced accessory enjoys a recalculated warranty period.

For product damage beyond the warranty period and warranty service scope, the after-sales service center will provide paid repair services in a professional manner, using original parts for repairs, and the warranty period for parts is 90 days.

After-sales service response time commitment

If the product fails during the warranty period, the after-sales service center will complete the inspection, repair or replacement within 24 hours after receiving the faulty product or accessory (the repair and return time delay caused by communication with the user due to abnormal problems is not within this limit. Will be determined according to the actual situation), and the repaired products or accessories will be sent out.

If the product is out of the warranty period or the product failure is outside the scope of the warranty service, the after-sales service center will complete the inspection and submit a repair quotation to you within 24 hours after receiving the faulty product or accessory. The after-sales service center will obtain your consent and Complete the repair work within 24 hours after paying the fee, and send the repaired product or accessories.

Responsibilities and obligations

This after-sales service policy is the only basis for us to provide you with maintenance services for the products you have purchased, and our full responsibility to you will not exceed the scope of this after-sales service policy.

The product is a precision electronic device. We strongly recommend that you read the user instructions carefully and use the product in accordance with the instructions.

1. Products, accessories or parts replaced after repairs belong to our company;

2. This service policy applies to the laws of Mainland China (but does not apply to its conflicting clauses);
